Rental Agreement

Skyten Scooter Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Skyten LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Lessor," and the undersigned customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee," collectively referred to as the "Parties," for the rental of a Skyten electric scooter.

1. Rental Scooter Details

Scooter Model: (to be specified during rental) Scooter Cost: To be specified during the rental process

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the specified dated during the rental process.

3. Rental Rate

The Lessee agrees to pay a daily rental rate of specified during the specified rental period.

4. Security Deposit

The Lessee agrees to provide a security cash/card deposit specified during the checkout process to the Lessor upon the commencement of the rental period. The security deposit will be refunded to the Lessee within 7-10 days after the return of the scooter, subject to deductions for any damages, losses, or outstanding fees.

5. Responsibility for Damages

The Lessee acknowledges and agrees to be fully responsible for any damages, losses, or theft of the rental scooter during the rental period. In the event of any damages or losses, the Lessor reserves the right to deduct the repair or replacement costs from the security deposit or charge the Lessee's credit card on file.

6. Return of the Scooter

The Lessee agrees to return the rented scooter in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted, at the end of the rental period. The scooter must be returned to the agreed-upon return location as specified by the Lessor.

7. Late Returns

In the event of a late return of the scooter, the Lessee will be subject to additional charges at the rate of $20.00 per hour, as determined by the Lessor.

8. Indemnification

The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Skyten LLC from any liability, claims, expenses, or damages arising out of the Lessee's use or operation of the rental scooter.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the rental of the scooter. By proceeding with the rental, the Lessee acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Rental Agreement.
